• Free cancellation until 31 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation from 30 days until 16 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of cancellation until 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed total amount.
• In case of early departure or late arrival of the guest, the guest or the orderer is obliged to pay the price for the used days and to pay up to 70% of the agreed price for the remaining days agreed but not used.
• In case of booking cancellation by the hotel itself due to "force majeure", the deposit will be refunded or can be used for a later booking.
