To help you arrange your travel plans we offer this cancellation policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until 31 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded in this case. - In case of cancellation in the period between the 30th day and the 16th day before arrival, the cancellation fee is the deposit paid. - In case of cancellation in the period between the 15th day and the agreed day of arrival itself, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed total amount. - In case of early departure or late arrival of the guest, the guest or the orderer is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay up to 70% of the agreed price for the remaining days agreed but not used. - In case of cancellation of the booking by the hotel operator due to "force majeure", the paid deposit will be refunded or can be used for a later booking.
