To help you arrange your travel plans we offer this cancellation policy for the next winter 2020/21:

Free cancellation till 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

Free cancellation if you cannot travel due to state border closure at any point before your travel.

In case of cancellation in the period between the 14th day before the agreed arrival and the arrival day, the cancellation fee is the deposit paid.

Total reimbursement of ski pass, ski rental, and ski school fees up to 48 hours before arrival for guests who test positive for COVID-19 and their fellow travellers.
